How does a project start?
It starts with a short conversation about your goal. I send a fixed quote and timeline, we agree, I build it, you review, and I hand over the finished product. The first 3 clients get an intro rate in exchange for a testimonial.
How long does a project take?
A landing page is ready in 48 to 72 hours, a multi-page site in about 1 to 1.5 weeks, and a mobile app in 6 to 14 weeks depending on scope. You see first results within 2 days.
How is pricing decided?
Fixed, transparent packages, with no hourly surprises. Projects start at CHF 1,500 and monthly maintenance at CHF 150. Full details are on the pricing page.
How does payment work?
Usually a deposit to start and the balance on delivery, by bank transfer or card. For larger projects we can split it into milestones.
Who owns the code and the site after delivery?
Your content and your data are always yours, and your domain name is dedicated to you and transferable into your own name. The source code stays with me while I host and run your site or app. If you ever want the full code and original files transferred to you, that is possible: once the project is fully paid, you allow the time needed to migrate the whole setup, and we work together through a short handover. After that, everything is transferred to you.
Do you work remotely and outside Switzerland?
Yes. I am based in Lausanne and work remotely with clients across Switzerland and internationally. Everything can be handled online.
Websites
What kind of websites do you build?
Landing pages, multi-page company sites, online shops and custom web apps with a backend. Each one is built to fit your goal, not a generic template.
Is SEO included?
Yes, the technical basics are included: clean structure, fast loading, metadata and structured data so Google and AI search can read your site. Deeper ongoing SEO is part of the maintenance plans.
Will my site be multilingual and mobile-friendly?
Yes. Every site is responsive on phones and tablets by default, and can be built in French, German, Italian and English.
Who handles hosting and the domain name?
The domain name is reserved for your brand, and hosting is provided as part of your plan: I set everything up (configuration, SSL, security, backups) and cover the costs. The domain is dedicated to you and can be transferred into your own name at any time, and you keep full control.
Mobile apps
Do you build for both iOS and Android?
Yes. Apps are built with React Native, so a single codebase runs on both iOS and Android with native performance.
Do you handle publishing to the stores?
Yes, submission to the App Store and Google Play is included, and I guide you through the developer accounts if you do not have them yet.
What happens after launch?
Every app includes 3 months of bug support after launch. After that, a maintenance plan keeps it updated, secure and compatible with new OS versions.
Automation & AI agents
What can be automated in my business?
Repetitive work like saving form contacts to your CRM, generating and sending invoices, booking to your calendar with a confirmation SMS, PDF reports by email, social posting and collecting Google reviews.
What is the AI agent (chat and voice)?
A live product: a chat agent on your website and a voice agent that answers your phone 24/7. Both capture leads, book appointments and reply in any language. You can try it on app.synthcraft.dev.
Can you integrate it with my existing tools?
Yes. Automations and agents connect to the tools you already use, such as your CRM, calendar, invoicing, email and WhatsApp. If a tool has an API, it can usually be connected.
Is my data secure?
Your data and your clients' data are hosted in the EU. To run the service, some data is processed by specialist subprocessors such as the AI model, telephony and email, sometimes outside Europe. Those transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and a data-processing agreement with each provider. Your data is never sold or used for other purposes, and payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS).
