This policy covers the synthcraft.ch website. The app.synthcraft.dev platform, which runs the chat assistant and online booking, has its own privacy policy.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). On every visit, the host processes the technical data needed to serve the pages and protect the service: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
Fonts are served from our own servers: your browser does not contact Google Fonts. The site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels.
When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, email address and message. They are relayed by Formspree Inc. (United States), which forwards them to us by email. We use them only to reply and follow up on your request, and delete them once they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
The chat assistant and the "Book an appointment" button are provided by our app.synthcraft.dev platform. If you use them, the messages exchanged and the details entered for an appointment (for example name, email, phone number and chosen time slot) are processed to reply to you, book the appointment and send you a confirmation.
This data is hosted in the European Union and processed by specialist subprocessors (AI model, SMS, calendar), some of which are based in the United States. Details are in the platform's privacy policy.
To keep the conversation when you reload a page, the chat assistant stores a technical conversation ID in your browser's local storage. You can erase it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
We sell no data, do no advertising profiling and do not use your data to train AI models.
Vercel and Formspree are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the GDPR: certification under the Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates, or standard contractual clauses.
Under the FADP (and the GDPR where it applies), you can ask to access, correct, erase or receive your data, and object to its processing. Write to info@synthcraft.ch; we reply free of charge within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country.
We may update this policy when the site or our providers change. The version published on this page, with its date, prevails.
